韓国 BRAIT KOREA ブライト コリア の 半導体及び液晶ディスプレイ クリーン製造工程のクリーンルームで使用される「クリーン対応低粉塵ケーブル」のカタログ です。

BRAITは、韓国のクリーン対応低粉塵ケーブル・ケーブルチェーンのメーカーです。様々な用途に応じてカスタマイズ可能です。クリーンルームで使用される半導体・液晶・有機EL等の製造設備、産業機械、ロボット、工作機械等の発塵粉を嫌う可動部分に使用され、ケーブルベヤの代わりに適用し、歩留まりの向上に貢献します。ドイツのフラウンホーファー研究所による評価にて最高ランクのCLASS 1を取得しました。BRAIT KOREAのクリーン対応低粉塵ケーブルは、サムソン、LG、SKハイニックス、SONY等、世界の大手メーカーで採用されております。

(1)POD：素材はTEFRON及び新素材を使用。１ POD 14mm、6 POD 104mmで他社に比べ11mm以上の空間効率性を高める。ケーブル配列構造や素材に関するノウハウを有しています。

(2)CHAIN：特殊チェーンを挿入されずれを防止。ロングストローク区間を5Mから9Mに改善。チェーンタイプは、SUS PLATE TYPE（Pitch 10mm）、LINK TYPE（Pitch 20mm）。種類は空間効率型サスチェーン、コスト削減型リンクチェーン、ロング軸支持型カバーチェーンがあります。
