conga-TC675rは、第13世代 インテル Core プロセッサー(以前のコードネームは Raptor Lake)のBGAタイプを搭載した、耐衝撃性と耐振動性に優れた堅牢版のCOM Express Compact Type 6(95x95 mm)モジュールです。ハイブリッドアーキテクチャーを搭載した新しいプロセッサーは6種類(8〜14コア)から選択でき、最大32GBのLPDDR5x(最大6400 MT/s)SDRAMを直付けで搭載しています。PCIe Gen 4、USB 3.2をサポートし、インテル ディープラーニング・ブースト(VNNI)による AI アクセラレーションもサポートしています。産業用動作温度範囲 -40℃~+85℃をサポートします。
