Page 7:7KOSLARZE GATE VALVE■動作原理／Operation Principle 真空ゲートバルブの動作／Operation of the vacuum gate valve真空ゲートバルブの開閉は通常、以下のサイクルで動作を行います。The vacuum gate valve usually opens and closes as per the cycle below.弁板は真空中のシャフトの先端に取り付けられ、シャフトの昇降運動で開閉動作を行います。従って、開閉動作はバルブ構造の違いに関係なく共通の動作となります。バルブ毎のシール動作・シール解除動作原理は、各バルブの原理を御参照ください。The seal plate is attached to the tip of the shaft in a vacuum. The seal plate is opened and closedthrough linear motion of the shaft. Page 9:9KOSLARZE GATE VALVESWELL GARIVAは、昇降用シリンダと弁板内部に搭載されているシール用シリンダによって構成されています。 昇降用シリンダによって弁板が閉位置に達すると、シール用シリンダが動作し、圧力プレートとシールプレートが拡がり、弁板をシール面に押し付けます。弁板内部に設置されたベローズにより、弁板に作用する圧力差による力の影響を大幅に軽減することができるため、シール用シリンダはシールに必要な最小限の推力で済み、ゲートバルブの低剛性化、軽量化が計れます。The SWELL GARIVA is composed of a liftingcylinder and a sealing cylinder, which is builtinto the seal plate.When the seal plate reaches the closed positionthrough the force of the lifting cylinder, thesealing cylinder is activated and the pressureplate and seal plate spread to press the sealplate against the seal direction.The bellows built into the seal plate candramatically reduce the effect of the forcegenerated from the pressure difference on theseal plate. Page 11:11KOSLARZE GATE VALVE■取り扱い上のお願い／Precautions when using1.検収について製品が到着しましたら、まずご注文通りの品物かどうかご確認ください。製品は仕様に基づき、細部にわたり検査し出荷しておりますが、輸送中の取り扱い等により万一変形等が起こる場合も考えられますので、到着後直ちに検収を行って下さい。2.開梱について 製品を包んでおりますポリ袋ごと段ボールから取り出し、周囲についているゴミ、埃等をエアブローしてください。ポリ袋の開梱はゴミ、埃の無い環境で行って下さい。3.運搬・保管について運搬時に衝撃を与えないよう、充分に注意して取り扱って下さい。保管時は、外力による衝撃、変型防止はもちろんのこと、ゴミ・埃の付着、直射日光への暴露などの防止とともに、発 環境中（高湿度、塩害、腐食性物質を含む大気との接触）での保管は避けて下さい。4.取り付けについて製品は運搬時の衝撃防止のため、エアーを封入しエアーロックしています。チャンバーへの組み込みが完了するまでこの状態にて取り扱ってください。（封じた状態のチューブを取り外さないでください）取り付け前にシール板のOリング表面及びOリング接触面に異物の付着が無い様、アルコールにて拭き取って下さい。5.使用範囲についてご使用は、カタログに記載している仕様範囲内で使用して下さい。仕様範囲を超えて使用しますと、故障の原因になるばかりか、事故の原因にもなりますので充分確認をしてご使用下さい。1. InspectionWhen the product is delivered, first make sure you have received the product you ordered. We make a detailedcheck of our products based on specifications prior to delivery, but the product could be damaged intransport. Be sure to check the product out upon delivery.2. PackagingRemove the product from its plastic and cardboard packaging and blow off the dust and scraps with an airgun. The plastic wrapping should be opened in a place free of dust and dirt.3. Transport and storageBe careful to protect the gate valve from impact during transport. When storing, you should not allow theproduct to be exposed to dust, dirt or direct sunlight as well as taking measures to prevent impact ordeformation from external force. Avoid storing in a corrosive environment (contact with air containingexcessive humidity, salt or corrosive materials).4. InstallationTo avoid impact during transport, air is sealed. Do not remove the seal until you have finished mounting thevalve on the chamber. (Do not remove the sealed tube.) Before installation, wipe any foreign matter off theface and contact surface of the seal plate's O-ring with alcohol.5. Usage rangeUse the valve within the range of specifications given in the catalog. Using it in a manner as exceeding therange of specifications could result in mechanical failure or accident. Make sure the valve is used within therange of specifications.
