The shaft can be move withoutrestriction in one direction only.真空中のシャフトの先端に弁板を取付け、シャフトの直進運動及び回転運動の駆動は大気側で行います。真空シールはべローズを使用しておりますので、真空中の動的接触は弁板のOリングのみになります。（接触、非接触の繰り返し）A seal plate is mounted at the end ofa shaft in a vacuum, and the shaft ismoved linearly and turned on theside exposed to the atmosphere. Asbellows are used for the vacuum seal,the only dynamic contact in thevacuum is made by the O-ring of theseal plate. Page 12:1210. 取り扱い上のお願い1.検収について製品が到着しましたら、まずご注文通りの品物かどうかご確認ください。製品は仕様に基づき、細部にわたり検査し出荷しておりますが、輸送中の取り扱い等により万一変形等が起こる場合も考えられますので、到着後直ちに検収を行って下さい。2.開梱について 製品を包んでおりますポリ袋ごと段ボールから取り出し、周囲についているゴミ、埃等をエアブローしてください。ポリ袋の開梱はゴミ、埃の無い環境で行って下さい。3.運搬・保管について運搬時に衝撃を与えないよう、充分に注意して取り扱って下さい。保管時は、外力による衝撃、変型防止はもちろんのこと、ゴミ・埃の付着、直射日光への暴露などの防止とともに、発錆環境中（高湿度、塩害、腐食性物質を含む大気との接触）での保管は避けて下さい。4.取り付けについて製品は運搬時の衝撃防止のため、CLOSE側にエアーを封入しエアーロックしています。チャンバーへの組み込みが完了するまでこの状態にて取り扱ってください。（封じた状態のチューブを取り外さないでください）取り付け前にシール板のOリング表面及びOリング接触面に異物の付着が無い様、アルコールにて拭き取って下さい。5.使用範囲についてご使用は、カタログに記載している仕様範囲内で使用して下さい。仕様範囲を超えて使用しますと、故障の原因になるばかりか、事故の原因にもなりますので充分確認をしてご使用下さい。

Page 13:1310. Precautions when using1. InspectionWhen the product is delivered, first make sure you have received the product you ordered. Wemake a detailed check of our products based on specifications prior to delivery, but theproduct could be damaged in transport. Be sure to check the product out upon delivery.2. PackagingRemove the product from its plastic and cardboard packaging and blow off the dust andscraps with an air gun. The plastic wrapping should be opened in a place free of dust and dirt.3. Transport and storageBe careful to protect the gate valve from impact during transport. When storing, you shouldnot allow the product to be exposed to dust, dirt or direct sunlight as well as taking measuresto prevent impact or deformation from external force. Avoid storing in a corrosiveenvironment (contact with air containing excessive humidity, salt or corrosive materials).4. MountingTo avoid impact during transport, air is sealed on the close side. Do not remove the seal untilyou have finished mounting the valve on the chamber. (Do not remove the sealed tube.)Before mounting, wipe any foreign matter off the face and contact surface of the seal plate'sO-ring with alcohol.5. Usage rangeUse the valve within the range of specifications given in the catalog. Using it in a manner asexceeding the range of specifications could result in mechanical failure or accident. Make surethe valve is used within the range of specifications.
