Three plans support SMA board design and facilitate the development of IoT products.
IoT products, which connect and exchange data with a network of various things, require wireless communication. For this communication, it is common to adopt an antenna module and connection method that meets the wireless communication standard LPWA (Low Power Wide Area). The "FL CoaxBridge" uses Hirose's SMA antenna connector and can meet the LPWA standard while reducing space and cost. Additionally, you can choose from three connection plans to meet your board design needs.

Fast Track to Design Flexibility
The FL CoaxBridgeTM is a solution that combines Hirose’s micro coaxial connector, the “FL Series”
(supporting 50Ω/75Ω), and coaxial machining technology.
Connecting the FL connector to the adapter eliminates the need to draw a PCB pattern, thereby reducing the number of
board design steps, freeing PCB space for additional component placement and increasing design flexibility. In addition,
cable connection has less loss than board mounting and is ideal for antenna connection. CoaxBridge is a coaxial bridge that
leads to problem solving of various design challenges by connecting the Output signal to the Input signal.
