ACCS-TWS サーマルワイヤースプレー On account of its three-chamber design, the ACCS-TWS enables loading and unloading parallel to the main production time. The short resultant non-productive times make it unnecessary to shutdown the burner between the work piece change. Moreover, it is possible to equip the loading/unloading chamber with the ACCS-CI and the ACCS-CO, which results in additional benefits such as direct quality control before and after coating, automatic layer thickness adjustments to the roughening and adaptive layer thickness regulation. Due to it’s CNC machine-like dimensions, the ACCS-TWS can be perfectly integrated into the production lines. ACCS-TWSは3ﾁｬﾝﾊﾞｰﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾝの採用によりﾛｰﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞとｱﾝﾛｰﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞをｺｰﾃｨﾝｸﾞ中に同時平行して行うことができます。 結果としてﾜｰｸﾋﾟｰｽ交換の際もﾊﾞｰﾅｰを停止する必要が無く、更にｺｰﾃｨﾝｸﾞ前後の品質確認、ﾗﾌﾆﾝｸﾞの為の自動膜厚制 御や膜厚規格適応機能を持ったACCS-CI（ｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰｲﾝｽﾍﾟｸﾀｰ）やACCS-CO（ｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰｵﾌﾟﾁﾏｲｻﾞｰ）をﾛｰﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞとｱﾝﾛｰﾃﾞｨﾝ ｸﾞﾁｬﾝﾊﾞｰに取り付けることができます。 この機械はCNCﾏｼﾝと同等のｻｲｽﾞなのでACCS-TWSはこのまま生産ラインに組み込むことが可能です。 © by Sturm Gruppe – confidential – all rights reserved – no passing on to third parties
