Models DRA-TCI-2 andDRA-RTI-2 are linearizedtemperature transmitters thatproduce a 4-20 mA process signalthat is directly proportional totemperature. These transmittershave exceptionally high input tooutput common mode rejection(CMR), a high degree of filteringthat eliminates false output signalsand provides a low ripple current.Model DRA-TCI-2 is available forthermocouple types J, K, T, E, R, Sor B and provides exceptionaltemperature linearization byapplying eight segment linearizationcircuitry.Model DRA-RTD-2 accepts2 or 3 wire Pt-100 RTDs,alpha = 0.00385. Both models arefield rangeable using a set of sixinternal dip switches for coarseranging and front accessible zeroand span potentiometers for fineadjustment. Test terminals areprovided to monitor the transmitter’s4-20 mA output without disturbingthe actual process loop.
