LPKFレーザー溶着システム InlineWeldシリーズはすでに世界中の多くの生産ラインで稼働しています。LPKF InlineWeld 6200は初めて発売された新エコノミークラス生産ライン組み込みシステムです。レーザー樹脂溶着は今後さらに幅広い用途で魅力的な溶着工法となることでしょう。
LPKF InlineWeldシリーズのモジュール構造により、様々なビジネス領域における生産ラインにレーザー樹脂溶着を直接、簡単に組み込むことができます。モジュール化されたことにより、レーザーヘッドに必要なスペースは小さくなるだけでなく、プロセスに必要なすべての機能がシステムに組み込まれます。
新世代の組み込みシステムは新しいマシンレイアウトが特長ですが、それは外観だけではありません。最新の部品で作られた装置によってコスト低減とパフォーマンスの向上が実現します。
溶着エリアは100 mm x 100 mm。システムはレーザー保護条件を満たせば、生産稼働中でもレーザークラス１同等となります。さらに、クランプテクノロジー、シリンダーユニットと部品ホルダーのすべてには安全センサーが取り付けられています。これによりEN-ISO 11553に対応した生産ラインの構築が大変容易になりました。
