Materials
All water-bearing parts are made of gunmetal, stainless

Normal operation setting

mounted in any position. For revision purposes, we suggest

Applications
The JRG LegioTherm 2T circulation controller is used

DIN Text JRG Nr. SIA Basic installation option
The JRG LegioTherm Powerbox converts 230 V AC into 24 V
DC. Thanks to the low voltage of 24 V DC, the installer can
connect the installation to the power supply without any
additional help. All JRG LegioTherm 2T circulation control-
lers are connected in series and operate on 24 V DC low-
voltage. The maximum length of the power cord is to be
taken into consideration. In this case, the programming
and monitoring is done at each individual JRG LegioTherm
2T circulation controller.

The JRG LegioTherm Master 1 allows the operator to
centrally program and monitor each JRG LegioTherm 2T
circulation controller. Power is supplied as in the Basic
version. After the JRG LegioTherm Powerbox, a JRG Legio-
Therm Master 1 is installed. The JRG LegioTherm Master 1
is connected in series with the individual JRG LegioTherm
2T circulation controllers via an RS 485 communication
cable, article no. 3632. This enables a permanent exchange
of data between the JRG LegioTherm Master 1 and the JRG
LegioTherm 2T circulation controllers.

The software tool JRG LegioTherm DATASAVE enhances
the JRG LegioTherm Master 2 process control and data
storage features. The installation is the same as the Stand-
ard version. The JRG LegioTherm Master 2 can addition-
ally be networked to a computer via USB2 or LAN.

Installation option with mixed water
The JRG LegioTherm Master 3 offers the possibility to
monitor and control a JRGUMAT mixing valve with regard to
the mixed water temperature as well as the thermal disin-
fection. The 3-way valve and the circulation pump can also
be connected to the JRG LegioTherm Master 3. Further-
more, there is the possibility to connect a solenoid valve or
a separate relay for an external system.
