ポイント Points 傾き + 縮み（または伸び）　 Our deburring holder has “ floating: Tilting+Compression (or Tension) ” function. ワーク輪郭に倣ってバリ取りが可能に Deburring with tracing the outline of the workpiece 弊社フローティングシステム　Our Floating System The tool can tilt up to 5°in any direction. The tool can move up to 5mm in the axial direction (compression or tension). + 縮み or 伸び 動画 Video フローティングがあるためオフセットを入れて加工すれば、ワーク輪郭に倣って刃物が動きます。 傾動により鋳物などの形状寸法のバラつきを吸収する為、取り残しの少ないバリ取りの自動化ができます。 The floating holder can trace the outline of a workpiece while the tool is tilting. The floating compensates the dimension errors of works, such as castings or aluminum die castings etc., and reduces the rimained burrs. 刃物を適切な角度・位置・力で当てる Deburring under the proper condition: angle, position and pressure Conventional Compression only Tilting or Rigid ワーク ワーク work + work Compression Less degree of freedom = Difficult to optimize More degrees of freedom = Easy to optimize フローティングを利用して、刃物を適切な角度・位置・力（二次バリが少ない条件）で当てることができます。 そのため従来では二次バリが出ていた箇所も、二次バリを極力抑えて加工できます。 ５軸加工機や、ロボットなどの軸数の多い加工機でより有効です。 Using floating, you can use the deburring tool with propper angle, position, pressure etc. Proper condition of deburring reduces secondary burrs. It is suitable to be used in multi-axis machine tools such as 5-axis machining centers and robots.
