IKO linear Ball Spline is a linear motion rolling guide which achieves endless linear motion of an external cylinder along a spline shaft.This product is most suitable for mechanisms that perform linear motion while transmitting rotating torque.
The spline grooves have almost the same radius of curvature as that of steel balls, and can receive a large load.

Uses a unique ball retaining mechanism without a retainer, allowing a small external cylinder outer diameter against shaft diameter.
The minimum size LSAG2 realized an unparalleled small size of 2 mm shaft diameter and 6mm external cylinder’s outer diameter.
The external cylinder shape can be selected from two type, the standard (cylindrical shape)type and the flange type, and there are two types with different length of external cylinder with same section.
Also for spline shaft, the solid shaft and the hollow shaft that allows piping/wiring/air removal are prepared for your selection to meet the requirements of mechanical/unit specifications.
The spline shafts made of stainless steel are highly corrosion-resistant. They are suitable where rust prevention oil is not preferred, such as in a cleanroom environment.
In addition to MAG series's long period maintenance free is realized with oil impregnated with C-Lube only.
