Plastic sorting machine for both clear and white pellets

Features:
-In addition to light-colored resins, this model can also sort out foreign matter from transparent resins, which has been difficult with conventional machines.

-Two cameras detects foreign matter such as burns, black spots, and discoloration on resin pellets and removes them with an air ejector.

-The high-performance cameras with a theoretical resolution of 40 microns can detect even the smallest black spots.

-The maximum processing capacity is 1000 kg/h. Models for 3000 kg/h are also available.

-Our original free-fall method enables sorting of various materials regardless of pellet shape.

-Save space and can be installed either in-line or out-of-line.

-The touch panel allows easy operation such as sensitivity setting.

-The cover and other parts can be removed without tools for easy maintenance.
