This stretch type rubber
heater flexibly fits all sorts
of curved surfaces !
The silicone rubber without glass fiber assures great flexibility.
The heating elements do not break due to the carbon fiber used.
Flexible rubber heater fits every curve and shape of the materials to provide a
perfect contact, achieving high thermal response.
Our patented method of manufacturing allows
fabrication of only a single piece.
Contact to materials has drastically been
improved compared with ordinary rubber heaters.
T he heating wires do not break because nichrome
wires are not used.
Available for applications including heating
for aircraft repair and preheating for
welding of construction steels.
