SAW sensor based on a completely new surface acoustic
wave mechanism discovered at Tohoku University as its
core technology. So far, we have developed technology
and accumulated knowledge through the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology support
programs and the contract research with the Japan Science
and Technology Agency. We will continue to lead to further ISO 9001 certied
growth through collaboration with people in various elds.

of ultratrace moisture • A series with optimal functions for various measurement applications.
We have also achieved miniaturization of the sensor unit and exibly respond to various applications.
With surface acoustic waves (SAWs) propagating along the surface of a tiny crystal ball with a diameter of 3.3 mm, • A wide range of detection down to ppmv or even to ppbv order doesn't miss even a small amount of water.Ball Wave has made it possible to measure minute amounts of water on the order of the lower limit ppmv (1 / 1,000,000)* or
ppbv (1/1 billion)**. Moreover, it achieves a high-speed response of only 1 second * or 30 seconds **. We have a lineup of • A sensitive lm with a thickness of only 10 nm realizes unprecedented high-speed response.
"FalconTrace Moisture Analyzer Series" that makes the best use of these features. It contributes to the realization of a real-time control system for water content, which was dicult until now.
